Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - the second worst in the series
I HATED the ending of this movie. You find out that the murderer isn't Jason. It's some guy pretending to be him. And that's just the beginning of the end. Let's just say the second half of the end doesn't make any sense. This is the second worst in the series in my opinion (the worst being part 8). If you decide to buy it don't expect anything great.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Friday the 13th 5 (1985)
The four Friday the 13th films have proven great to me, so I figured four films, one sequel has to be in the dumps, but have I found that bad sequel with this one? Well lets check out what this movie is about:

Well, this movie takes place at a rehab clinic where Tommy Jarvis currently resides, but the down thing is that he is not played by Corey Feldman. But the actor in this still plays an older version of the character great. Looking at other kids at the clinic, we see some other kids, ... Read More

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - The oddball of the Friday the 13th movies
I had heard that this one was supposedly so hated by people that it got booed at movie theatres and stuff. Either way, I was going to watch it anyway. Afterwards.......I...I don't know. I mean, its not like I hated it or anything, it had it's moments. But I am not going to say its my favorite or anything. And the way it ended was...well, lets just say that I did not care much for that, and it was probably the wierdest part of the film. All i can say is, give it a try, and see if YOU like it or not. For ... Read More

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Friday the 13th Part V a New Beginning is one of the worst but most entertaning of the series
Friday the 13th is and always be a good, campy, and graphic series, but the facts are that they stop sooner or later, and after 12 movies, i found that this one had some of the least slow parts, and more gore, and this one of the movies in the series with the highest bodycount!

Plot- Tommy Jarvis (Survivor from part 4) is now in a mental instatution, but when people begin to die, Tommy Jarvis is concidered un crazy and must stop at nothing to save his new found friends!

Acting ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - "A"-typical Jason Voorhees Film
While the film continues the teen-slasher motif of the Jason genre, it does so without its star character. Enthusiasts may find a way to perceive Part V as a necessary transitional piece, though I suspect that with less effort they can realize a better film with Jason at the helm.
